FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, if we agree we’ll let you know and we’ll organise a replacement at no additional cost.
